As previously published the County Championship will be held at Appleton Rifle Club on June 24th 2018, starting at 10:00.
We have decided to run this as an Open meeting this year, with the intention of attracting some shooters from outside the County. The course of fire will remain as a Double-Dewar course, and the results will be used as the basis for the 2018 County Cup Competition, and therefore Cheshire & North Wales members wishing to be considered for the County Team not only need to attend and compete on the 24th June, but should also check the entry form, and ensure they tick the Cheshire & North Wales resident box, and be ready to shoot on the first detail. The meeting is to be squadded, to simplify the admin, for the County Team selection.
The entry for is now available here, and please feel free to print off as many copies as you need, and distribute them around your club members, or with anyone you know who might fancy a competition on what is arguably one of the finest .22 rifle ranges in the UK.
